     Len offers you over 30 years experience in the intelligence community.  Along with completing a highly successful 21-year Naval career as an intelligence analyst, Len worked in support of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) for nearly nine years and participated in hundreds of operations and investigations including those in counterintelligence, force protection, fugitive, child exploitation, sexual assaults, stalking, fraud, attempted homicides, gangs, and other criminal operations and investigations.  Len's experience in cyber spanned the globe, affecting and supporting investigations at the Pentagon, the Office of the Secretary of the Navy, the Office of Chief of Naval Operations, the FBI, NASA, and multiple state, federal, and international law enforcement organizations.  In addition, he had the privilege of working on and helping to resolve several high profile, sensitive, and newsworthy cases in Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DON).  Utilizing a relentless approach to solving issues, Len successfully implemented Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) techniques to locate subjects and persons of interest in the U.S., Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

     Len's 30+ years of experience in the military and DoD wrought a unique ability to develop an in-depth understanding of human nature as well as the human psyche.   Before starting any investigation -- cyber, traditional, or otherwise -- it's extremely important to know who and what you're looking for.   Even before conducting a single search, he has the uncanny ability to ascertain, with a high degree of accuracy, the type of person sitting on the other side of the keyboard, simply by using his vast experiences gleaned from operating in tactical environments and conducting online investigations.   In other words, Len knows what makes people tick, both online and in real life.

 

     Ally Cyber Investigations, LLC was created because Len saw a need to assist people outside of government about things cyber.  He realized the huge gap in cyber knowledge between those who defraud and otherwise do harm and the people who are being harmed -- he wanted to do something about it.   We've probably all known somebody, especially elderly, who has received a spam or scam email, phone call, or text.   Many of us also know people who have fallen for one of those many scams and have lost hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars.   Our only retaliation is to file a complaint to help the next person, but our own money remains forever stolen.   Len levels the playing field by educating you about scams so you and those you love never fall victim again.

     The dating scene has changed dramatically and it's commonplace for people to utilize online dating apps and websites to meet people.   Popular dating apps and websites include:  Tinder, Match, OkCupid, MeetMe, Plenty of Fish (POF), Badoo, etc.   Just like ordering fast food online, you can meet people just as quickly.   And, just like a mistake that arrives with a fast food order, one can also make a mistake with whom they meet via dating apps and websites.   While some online relationships flourish, others do not -- while some fast food orders are correct, others forget the pickles.   Unfortunately, it's true, people lie and purport to be somebody they are not and consequences can be grave.   Len, can determine if the person on the other side of that "too good to be true" online profile is who they say they are and save you a potential lifetime of trouble.
